Position: Call Centre Agent

Location: Ormonde – Johannesburg  

The Call Centre Agent will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Please add / amend the following under key accountabilities
  • Managing customer WhatsApp group relating to queries / requests
  • Handling incoming calls and resolving of customer issues
  • Follow-up and give feedback to clients on their queries.
  • Attending to emails
  • Approving of incentive claims
  • Administer the monthly / weekly reports

Educational / Skills / Experience:

  • Grade 12;
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to multitask
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Computer Literate (MS Office);
  • Must have strong people skills.

Other requirements:

  • Be responsible for quality of work;
  • Be able to meet scheduled deadlines;
  • Be able to work under pressure;
