Field Marketing Executive

Terms and conditions:

The Field Marketing Executive will be primarily responsible for the following deliverables in-store:

  • Execute marketing and sales programs as and when required; 
  • Act as the point person for outside, inside and partner sales teams;
  • Track market and company sales performance;
  • Generate leads and drive sales;
  • Grow brand awareness;
  • Gather and report customer intelligence;
  • Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and

information source for company;

  • Attend trade shows and events in order to market products as and when required;
  • Determine product / service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales;
  • Improve forecast performance of business;
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities;
  • Develop understanding of product line and value chain;
  • Generate weekly report;
  • Perform Assisted Sales Days in order to increase sell out;
  • Build good relationships with store staff and management;
  • Conduct formal and informal product training sessions;
  • Assist with trouble shooting and after sales service issues.

Educational / Skills / Experience:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good administrative skills;
  • Strong people skills;
  • Field Marketing Executive experience.

Other requirements:

  • Code 8 driver’s license;
  • Reliable motor vehicle;
  • Willing to work on public holidays as and when required;
  • Be responsible for quality of work;
  • Be able to meet scheduled deadlines;
  • Be able to work under pressure;
  • Working days may differ from time to time, as per client’s request.
