Duties and Responsibility:
- Follow up 6S standardization and ESD equipment criteria and On-Site service process & SOP for repairs and ensure all requirement tools to be equipped
- Incoming Call & Walk-in customer consultation and answers
- Provide guidance to users on how to improve and enjoy an optimal experience of the vivo devices
- Diagnose the fault to provide better maintenance solution to the user
- Providing verbal feedback to customers (Fault case collection and feedback)
- CSAT, TAT & One-time resolution rate maintenance
- Conveying the description of the work order malfunction correctly
- Providing assistance to the Customer Service Representative to resolve the customer’s device issues, and serving as a stand-in for the Customer Service Representative, should they be engaged or absent, to ensure the efficient workflow of the service centre
- Technical problem supporting and explains to support hotline
- Monthly stock taking
- Completing daily production sheet
- Ad hoc admin and duties when required
Preferred job qualification and work attributes:
- Matriculated
- Min. 5 years’ work experiences in mobile repair roles
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude & attention to detail
- Resourceful and flexible
- Able to follow instruction and complete tasks at given time
- Presentable – client facing to assist walk-in customers
- Accountable and reliable
- Able to work on weekend i.e., Saturday
Salary: Between R7000 and R13000 depends on experience + KPI bonus based on service workload (TBA)
